Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Stadium Atlas 2026 (operating the website at stadiumatlas2026.net) handles personal data. By using the site you accept the practices described here. The policy applies to the public website only, not to any third-party services we link to.
Data we collect
- Form data. If you submit the subscription form on the home page, we collect the name, e-mail address, phone number (optional) and any message you choose to send.
- Technical data. Standard server logs record IP address, browser user-agent and the pages requested, kept for operational and security purposes.
- Cookies and storage. A small piece of data records that you accepted the cookie notice so the banner does not reappear on every visit.
- Push token. If you opt in to notifications, OneSignal stores a browser subscription token to deliver future messages.
How we use the data
- To send the Stadium Atlas dispatch you subscribed to and to reply to your message.
- To send opt-in push notifications about new venue articles or tournament updates.
- To analyse aggregate site traffic — never to identify individuals.
- To meet any legal obligation that applies to us as the data controller.
Cookies and analytics
We use a cookie to remember your consent choice and may use anonymised analytics that count page views without identifying individuals. You can clear cookies at any time in your browser settings and refuse non-essential cookies on first visit.
Push notifications via OneSignal
Push notifications are delivered through OneSignal, a notifications platform. If you accept the prompt, OneSignal stores a browser subscription identifier and any tags we associate with it (such as the source page). You can revoke permission at any time in your browser's site settings — that alone stops further notifications.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal data. We share form submissions only with the operational tools needed to send the dispatch (e-mail provider, notifications provider). Subscription data is kept while your subscription is active and deleted within a reasonable period after you unsubscribe, unless we are legally required to retain it.
Your rights
You have the rights set out under applicable data-protection law, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. See the Your Rights page for the practical details.
