Your Rights
Modern data-protection regulations — including the General Data Protection Regulation in the European Union and the United Kingdom, as well as equivalent rules in many other jurisdictions — grant you a set of rights over the personal data we hold about you. This page explains each right in plain language and how to exercise it with Stadium Atlas 2026.
Right of access
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. We respond within thirty days in a clear, readable format. The first copy is free; additional copies may carry a small administrative fee.
Right of rectification
You may ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or to complete data that is incomplete. Tell us what should change and we will update our records and notify any processors that received the affected data.
Right to erasure
You may ask us to delete personal data when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected, when you withdraw consent, or when you object to processing without overriding grounds. We comply unless we have a legal obligation to retain the data.
Right to restrict processing
In specific situations — for example, while we verify the accuracy of contested data — you may ask us to limit how we use your data. We will retain the data but pause active processing until the matter is resolved.
Right to data portability
You may receive the data you provided to us in a structured, machine-readable format such as CSV or JSON, and request that we transmit it to another controller where technically feasible.
Right to object
You may object to processing on grounds relating to your particular situation. In the case of direct marketing — including our dispatch — you may object at any time and we will stop the marketing use without further question.
Right to withdraw consent
Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. For push notifications, revoking the permission in your browser is sufficient.
How to exercise these rights
Write to [email protected] from the e-mail address you used to subscribe. Indicate which right you wish to exercise and any details that help us locate your data. We may ask for proof of identity when the request is unusual or comes from an address we do not recognise.
Right to lodge a complaint
If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority of your country of residence. EU and UK residents may also contact the relevant national supervisory body directly.
This page summarises rights granted by applicable data-protection law. It is not legal advice. For questions about your specific situation, consult a qualified lawyer or your national data-protection authority.
